Please TEXT NOT EMAIL any future cancellations. I do not read emails as I’m in the salon all day. I require 48 hours notice in advance of any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. A fee of 50% original service price will be charged to card on file if cancelled without a minimum of 48 hours notice. No call/ no shows will have to pay 100% base service. I reserve a right to not reschedule guests who habitually cancel same day or no call/ no show. If a client is sick and needs to reschedule last minute, they must rebook within 2 weeks or fees will apply. I appreciate your understanding.
